The incredibly cute robos, featured here, are known as AIDA (Affective Intelligent Driving Agent). Developed by the researchers at MIT’s SENSEable City Lab in cooperation with Audi, the AIDA is created to give a useful company to a driver. AIDA interacts with the driver and imparts valuable information to him or her throughout the journey in a pleasing manner. It sits on the dashboard facing the driver and chit chats with the driver, without causing any distraction. I think, it can be a great idea to take along this sweet friend to a long-night journey.
